Kjell Evensen from MasterDive in Denmark and my Divebuddy Anders
brought my TLS350 with them to the fair in Düsseldorf, for
you to look at the problems with the very narrow ankle diameter
after I had the old Turbo soles replaced last year.
I have now had several dives in the suit after you fixed the problem
– and everything is simply perfect, Actually the suit has
never been better (app. 600 dives where 200 are cave dives). I am
no longer fighting to Get my feet into the Turbo soles and there
is ample space in the soles - so no longer cold feet after a winter
dive.
You really fixed the problem and now my feet with DUI socks on,
slips smoothly through the ankle passage and into the turbo soles.
I thing this is a perfect example of the support and service you
will get when you buy a top quality product, In fact several smaller
details where also fixed: my NACD patch on the shoulder was now
sewn and glued (I have always only glued it on), zipper was lubricated
and inspected, new crutch strap (much better then the old!), cleaned
and actually the suit was returned in a brand new bag.
So thank you very very much for helping me – I hope the service
level you conduct will pay off in terms of a Constant growing and
100% loyal customer base – I’m one.
P.S. The new DUI thinsulate boots and the Zip Gloves WD are working
really great – also here in our cold climate.
